Luxury is yours in the three bedroom Cooroora cottage designed with you and accompanying family members in mind. Though the views, gardens, grounds and tranquillity might keep you from leaving, you are centrally located for easy Bruce Highway access to most Noosa and Sunshine Coast tourist attractions (e.g. Eumundi markets, Montville, Noosa Botanical Garden) within less than a thirty minute drive. All supplies and services are available from nearby Cooroy where free parking spaces are easy to find and complete mobility assured with the small town relaxed pace and friendliness. Cooroy Country Cottages is also a pet-friendly resort.
Entrance
Your private driveway and carport are wide, level and paved to your ramped sliding door cottage entrance. During wet weather, you can be dropped off directly in front of your cottage front door or find quick shelter under the wide covered verandahs or carport.

The lounge is open, spacious and wheelchair accessible with television, DVD movie and music player, reverse cycle air-conditioning, all with remote controls, in addition to a ceiling fan and accessible wall outlets and switches. The furnishings include a three seater sofa, two seater sofa, travertine round coffee table with matching side table and a second two seater sofa with a foldaway single bed.
The nearby open dining area offers a glass dining table with ample seating for six guests with room to manoeuvrer and space to relocate unwanted chairs. An outdoor dining table setting for six guests is also included in the private verandah\gas barbecue area. A front garden seating\sundeck area is also wheelchair accessible providing a private direct view of nearby Mt. Cooroora.

A spacious, open and full kitchen is provided.

Tariffs
Daily rate is constant regardless of day or season. Cooroora cottage daily rate is $175 (which covers two guests) plus $15 for each additional guest (e.g. $205 for 4 guests). A 10% discount applies to stays of more than two days. Minimum two day booking required for weekends or public holidays. A one bedroom floor level three room apartment (the Studio Suite) is also available at $130 daily (which covers two guests) plus $15 for a third guest with a rollaway bed added.
